The sign is split into two distinct sections, each of which contain subsections. At the top of the first section is a large white mandatory exclamation mark (!) inside a solid blue circle. There is blue text immediately beneath it which reads "Fire Action".
 
Next are three squares beside three rectangles.
 
The first square contains a fire alarm call point symbol - a white finger pressing a white button near some white flames. The box beside contains white text on a red background which reads "Operate nearest fire alarm".
 
The second square contains an emergency exit symbol - a green stick figure running out a white door on a green background. The box beside contains white text on a green background which reads "Leave building by the nearest exit".
 
The third square contains a fire assembly point symbol - people in green and white with four arrows pointing inwards. The box beside contains white text on a green background which reads "Report to assembly point".
 
The second section has a similar layout, with two rectangles on the left and three rectangles on the right. The first box on the left contains a prohibition symbol - a red circle crossed through with a diagonal red line. It is on a white background. The two boxes next to it contain white text on red backgrounds. They read "DO NOT stop to collect personal belongings" and "DO NOT re-enter until told it is safe to do so". Next is a fire alarm call point symbol - a white finger pressing a white button near some white flames. The box beside contains white text on a red background which reads "In the event of fire break glass".
 
The text is bold, clear and easy to read.

This interior sign is suitable for use in interior applications. Appropriate for mounting on a smooth or flat surface such as a wall.
